We'll begin in September when the kids are back in school. We'll start after the holidays.
We'll wait until life slows down.

Summer invites us to live a little differently. The days are longer, nature calls us outside, and there's often a little more room to breathe. While our schedules may include vacations, camping trips, and evenings in the garden, there's also an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves in simple, meaningful ways.

You'll receive a little more individual attention from your instructor, and there's no pressure to "keep up." Everyone was a beginner once, and we'll meet you exactly where you are.

Throughout the summer, we're offering private yoga, meditation, Reiki, and wellness sessions designed around your individual goals, comfort level, and schedule.
