    Join us as welcome in the Summer Season with a fun day to connect with others in the community. We will start with Gentle Yoga at the Studio, following that we do the Run For Women 5km Walk (Virtual so we can do it in High River instead of Calgary), end at Jack's Place for a light lunch...and if you want you can join for an optional River Dip to end the day. The COST is your registration for the Run (see button below)

    A goal to create a little backyard oasis for a family who’s son was given a terminal cancer diagnosis in 2023.
